Meet the Team
Lisa Miodragovic
ConsultantSydney
Lisa was born and raised in Sydney and attended St Mary’s Rosebank Ladies College before achieving a Diploma in Human Resources. Prior to joining Canstaff in 2013 Lisa began her career in HR with Woolworths as an Area Recruitment Specialist. She was responsible for over 2000 staff and their ongoing compliance training, plus auditing, company inductions and the recruitment structure of several supermarkets.
In 2004 Lisa lead a team of permanent and industrial recruiters within a mainstream agency, before opening her own small agency in 2007 specialising in heavy industrial trades across all sectors of the industry.
Lisa lead the opening of the Canstaff Australian office located in Liverpool, Sydney and works as an International Consultant and Resourcer creating Trans-Tasman opportunities for our candidates and clients while also developing a client/candidate portfolio for the Australian market.
Outside of the office Lisa is active in animal welfare and rescue. She also spends time with family and friends on Sydney’s beaches, and is die hard Sydney Rooster’s fan.
